Showing Some Work (Hobby Stuff Incoming!)

Not everything I talk about on here is going to be just inspirational quote spew. I have many hobbies I’d like to share with you, and I plan to put them on this platform.

Recently, I’ve been working with pixel art, and I thought I’d archive some of my favorite works. Many of you that know me in person have already seen these, but I’m going to put them up just in case.

I’m having a bit of an issue formatting my pictures in this post (still learning), and I don’t want to waste a bunch of vertical space posting everything I’ve worked on because of it (I’ll have this figured out in no time!).

I use Aseprite for my pixel art software. If you’re looking for some excellent pixel art content, check out James Brandon Greer and AdamCYounis on Youtube. These guys put out easily digestible stuff for the beginner to the expert, awesome stuff there.

If you’re looking to do something different, to shake up your hobby life a bit, I highly recommend trying some kind of art. It doesn’t have to be good, don’t be hard on yourself; just let your imagination flow a bit outside your standard restraints. It may give you some inspiration you never knew you needed; it has done that for me.

Future Stuff

I am looking at bringing one of my main passions here to my site in future posts, and that’s Table Top Roleplaying Games (TTRPGs). It’s been a long time since I’ve done any writing for projects, but I think it would be interesting to start working on a one-shot adventure for Pathfinder 2e or something along those lines. I hope you look forward to that in the coming weeks!

If you like Roleplaying games, you should check out a DnD campaign I play every Saturday with some of my best friends. Check out my friend GuudVibin on Twitch and tune in every Saturday to see all the trouble we get into in his Norse-style campaign.

In the meantime, I’m going to keep reading and work on things that bring me bits of joy. Of course, I’ll be sharing all those things with you along the way.

I hope you do the same.
